Tangy is designed strictly for adults. **You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use this site.**
We present a mandatory age gate upon access. By checking the verification button, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Underage users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our service. If you are underage, you must leave the site immediately.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Tangy is an unmoderated space for spontaneous conversation, but we maintain zero tolerance for malicious behavior. You agree not to use Tangy to:
- Transmit sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, or indecent material.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or stalk other users.
- Distribute spam, advertise commercial services, or distribute malware/phishing links.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any organization.
- Record, capture, or stream sessions with other peers without their explicit, prior written consent.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Each chat screen includes a **Report** button. If you encounter a user violating these terms, please click report to immediately end the match and submit the peer configuration for review.
Violators are subject to immediate and permanent IP address bans from accessing Tangy. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and report illegal activity, including exploitation, in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Peer-to-Peer & Technology Disclaimer
Tangy connects users directly via encrypted WebRTC peer-to-peer tunnels. We do not control, screen, or edit peer video or audio feeds. You acknowledge that:
- You use the service entirely at your own risk.
- You may be exposed to contents or speech that you find objectionable or offensive.
- We make no guarantees regarding the identity, physical location, or intentions of any chat partner.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tangy, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages caused by peer interaction, exposure to explicit content, or the disclosure of your public IP address through native WebRTC network handshakes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend connections, or block IP ranges from accessing our platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
